Batch processing history

A read-only audit log of every batch action performed in JUNE — who did what, and how many files were affected.

The batch processing history is a log of every batch action performed in JUNE — for example Batch CaseFacts, Reassign Responsible Lawyer, or setting the value of claim. It is read-only and exists for traceability; you cannot revert actions from here.

Open the history via the history icon (clock-with-arrow) in the left Files sidebar.

Permissions — which entries you see depends on your role:

  • Default role: only batch actions you executed yourself.

  • Permission "Full Batch Action History": additionally other users' actions on shared clients.

The history icon is only visible if you have at least one batch-action permission or "Full Batch Action History".

Overview table

A banner at the top of the page communicates the time scope: "Showing events from the last 6 months".

The table lists batch actions with the following columns:

  • Time — timestamp of the action.

  • Batch action — exact label, e.g. Batch CaseFacts or Reassign Responsible Lawyer.

  • Responsible — acting user.

  • Files edited — number of affected files.

  • Success rate — percentage of successfully processed files.

A pagination navigator sits below the table (page sizes 25, 50, 75, 100).

Detail view of a batch action

Clicking a row opens the detail page. The URL is unique and deep-linkable — share it internally or reference it from tickets. At the top of the detail page:

  • a back link with the text "Back to batch processing history",

  • the heading in the format "DATE TIME | Batch action" (e.g. "22.04.2026 07:54:14 | Batch CaseFacts").

The inner table has three columns: Time · File · Status. Successfully processed files are summarized as a grouped row "N files / Successful" with an "Expand" chevron that reveals per-file details. Status values such as Successful; error messages are surfaced in the same column.
