Requirements
The JUNE Agent brings your cases, deadlines, appointments and documents straight into Microsoft 365 Copilot. You ask your question in Copilot, the agent fetches the data from JUNE and answers with links back into the case.
Three things need to be in place before you can use the agent:
An active JUNE account. JUNE is a separate product and is not included with Microsoft 365.
A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for your Microsoft user, and the app approved by your Microsoft 365 administration.
In JUNE: JUNE MCP switched on for your environment, and the JUNE MCP right on your role. An administrator sets both up under Administration → Integrations → JUNE MCP — see Activating JUNE MCP for your environment in this collection.
Please note: JUNE is not yet visible in the 'Agents' section of Microsoft 365 Copilot; we expect it to be added shortly. Until then your Microsoft 365 administration can install it from the app package — see Installing JUNE in Microsoft 365 Copilot manually in this collection.
Adding the agent
Open Microsoft 365 Copilot and go to Agents.
Search for JUNE Agent and add it.
The agent then appears in the sidebar and opens like any other chat.
If your search does not find the agent, it has not been approved in your organisation yet. Please contact your Microsoft 365 administration.
Signing in for the first time
You sign in once, on first use. The connection then applies to all further conversations.
Ask the agent any question, for example "Which cases did I open most recently?"
Copilot asks for your consent to connect to mcp.june.tech. Accept it.
A JUNE page opens and asks for your JUNE URL. Enter the part before .june.tech — for yourfirm.june.tech that is yourfirm.
Click Allow Access.
Sign in with your usual JUNE credentials — these may differ from your Microsoft account.
If two-factor authentication is set up for your account, confirm it as you would in JUNE.
The agent then answers your original question.
What you can ask
Ask freely in natural language. These examples are a good starting point:
Which cases did I open most recently?
Which cases have deadlines expiring in the next seven days?
Which actions are still open?
Which appointments are coming up in the next 14 days?
Which mandates do I have access to?
Give me the current state of case 00022E2026.
Search the documents in this case for the notice period.
Maintaining data
The agent does not only read — it also writes back into the case: creating notes, deadlines and appointments, maintaining case data, drafting letters and uploading documents.
Example: "Add a note about today's call to case 00022E2026 and set a deadline for 12 September."
Every write operation is summarised and presented for your confirmation first. Plain queries run without a prompt.
Answers carry links to the relevant case, action or deadline, so one click takes you to the right place in JUNE.
Permissions and data
The agent acts on behalf of the signed-in user. Roles, permissions and mandate separation from JUNE apply unchanged.
You see only the cases and documents you are entitled to see in JUNE.
There is no second set of data. The agent stores nothing outside JUNE.
If something does not work
No sign-in prompt appears. JUNE MCP is not switched on for your JUNE environment yet. An administrator can switch it on under Administration → Integrations → JUNE MCP.
Sign-in is rejected. Check that you entered the correct JUNE URL, that your JUNE account is active, and that your role holds the JUNE MCP right.
The agent cannot find a case. Your user is most likely missing permission for that mandate.
You want to switch accounts. Remove the connection in your Copilot settings and sign in again on next use.
