Requirements
The JUNE plugin lets you ask about your cases, deadlines and documents in a normal ChatGPT conversation — and file results straight back into the case.
Three things need to be in place:
An active JUNE account. JUNE is a separate product; without an existing login the plugin cannot be used.
A ChatGPT plan that includes plugins. In a business or enterprise workspace your administrator may have to release JUNE for the organisation first.
JUNE MCP switched on for your JUNE environment, and the JUNE MCP right on your role. An administrator sets both up under Administration → Integrations → JUNE MCP — see Activating JUNE MCP for your environment in this collection. If the sign-in never appears, this is usually the reason.

Enabling the JUNE plugin
Open Plugins in the ChatGPT sidebar. Depending on your version the area may be labelled Apps or Apps & connectors instead.
Browse the available entries and look for JUNE.
Open it and choose Connect.
You do not need a server address, a key or any credentials from us for this step. If JUNE is not in your list, see the troubleshooting section below.
Signing in for the first time
You sign in once. The connection then holds for all further conversations.
After connecting, a JUNE page asks for your JUNE URL. Enter the part before .june.tech — for yourfirm.june.tech that is yourfirm.
Click Allow Access.
Sign in with your usual JUNE credentials — not with a ChatGPT or OpenAI account.
If two-factor authentication is set up for your account, confirm it as you would in JUNE.
ChatGPT then shows which JUNE actions it may use. From that point on your questions are answered from your own cases.
First steps
Ask freely in natural language. These are a good start:
“What appointments do I have over the next 14 days, and do I need to attend them in person?”
“Find case 00019E2026 and summarise its status, mandate and current case facts.”
“Search my documents for the phrase ‘delay’ and show the content and document facts of the results.”
“For case 00019E2026, use the ‘Notice of defense’ template with the court as addressee and create a PDF.”

Working with files
In ChatGPT the full document workflow is available:
Have a letter created from one of your templates and filed into the case as a PDF.
Download a document, revise it, and put the revised version back into the case.
Upload your own file — a letter from the opposing party, for instance — into a case.
Permissions and data
ChatGPT acts on your behalf. Roles and mandate separation from JUNE apply unchanged.
You see only the cases and documents you are entitled to see in JUNE.
Changes are shown to you for confirmation before they are written.
Deleting is not possible — it is deliberately not available to the assistant.
Nothing is stored outside JUNE, and your case data is not used for training.
If something does not work
JUNE is not in the list. Either your plan does not include plugins, or your workspace administrator has not released JUNE for the organisation yet.
No sign-in page appears. JUNE MCP is not switched on for your JUNE environment yet. An administrator can switch it on under Administration → Integrations → JUNE MCP.
Sign-in is rejected. Check the JUNE URL you entered, that your JUNE account is active, and that your role holds the JUNE MCP right.
A case cannot be found. Your user is most likely missing permission for that mandate.
You want to switch accounts. Disconnect JUNE in your ChatGPT settings and connect again.
